I've tried running the GE300's USB out into the PC, then the GE300's regular output into the FX return of a regular guitar amp, and doing this I get the audio from the backing tracks and my recorded guitar track coming out of the GE300 into my guitar amp and cab but that sounds like complete crap. The input and monitoring output are both the GE300.

I've installed ASIO drivers but when I use those, I can't use ASIO as the input and my PC speakers as the output. With the TH30 and Vox Adio, I could listen to the amp directly, not through the PC, so obviously there was no latency when playing (the latency that happened with the recorded signal was not audible to me because I was listening to the amp directly, not monitoring it through the PC, and the latency offset in Audacity would correct it when I played back the recorded track).
